Adding a Team Member to your PhoneBurner Account

Making a Support Ticket

To add a new team member without being charged extra fees. Follow the Steps below.

  1. Create Support Ticket: send a request to convert your account to Admin Account with Team Seat.
  2. Purpose: Sets up a Amin Seat and a Caller Seat. Admin can monitor Caller activity.
  3. Time: 24 Hours

Steps

  1. Log into PhoneBurner. → https://www.phoneburner.com/
  2. At the top of the page, click "SUPPORT".
  3. Halfway down on the left. Click "CREATE A TICKET".
  4. Subject: "Please convert my Account to Admin with Team Seat."
  5. Body of Ticket: "Hello Support, Please convert my Account to Admin with Team Seat. Thanks!"
  6. Finish: Less than 24 hours you can add your team member.
